Estheva Spa is a skincare and wellness studio in Riverwoods, Illinois, offering facials, advanced skin treatments, brows and lashes, sugaring, waxing and nails. Founded by licensed esthetician Ramune Fotiev, the studio is built on three ideas: treatments chosen for your skin rather than a template, professional products and equipment worth the investment, and an honest consultation with nothing pushed on you.

Founded by Ramune Fotiev in 2017, Estheva Spa brings personalized skincare and beauty to Riverwoods, Illinois. Ramune created the spa with a simple belief: exceptional care begins with understanding the person in front of you.

Treatment rooms are equipped with the professional systems we use every day — Glacē™ by Candela, Zemits EndoLuxx PRO, SolLift and Geneo X — and stocked with professional skincare from Janssen, G.M. Oxygenating Facials
Geneo X
Exfoliates and oxygenates in the same pass. A capsule reacts with gel on the skin to create a carbon-dioxide-rich surface, which prompts the blood to release more oxygen into the tissue. Ultrasound then carries a serum deeper, with radiofrequency for warmth and firming.

Ramune Fotiev, a licensed esthetician with advanced training. She founded the spa in 2017 and still treats clients herself, alongside a small team of licensed professionals.
English and Russian. Consultations, treatment explanations and aftercare guidance are given in whichever you are most comfortable with.
Monday 9am–5pm, Tuesday 8am–10pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–7:30pm, Saturday 8am–5pm. Sundays are by appointment only.

Yes. Every new guest can start with a complimentary 15-minute skin analysis. We look at your skin, talk through your concerns and recommend a plan — with no obligation to book anything.
You will complete a short health history and consent form before any treatment begins. We then talk through your skin and your goals, confirm what we are doing and what it costs, and start.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. The policy is shown and confirmed when you book.
Cash, check or card. Payment is taken at the end of your appointment, and the price is confirmed with you before any treatment begins.
Yes. We carry all six of the professional lines we treat with — Janssen Cosmetics, G.M. Collin, Sesderma, Mediderma, Biodroga and Atache — and we will help you choose what suits your skin and supports your treatments.
